Through the Mentorship Program, we connect learners and youth with inspiring mentors who help them discover their purpose, set goals, and build the confidence to achieve them.
Introduction
The RONA Youth Mentorship Programme empowers young leaders in Namibian schools to unlock their full potential through leadership development, emotional intelligence, and personal growth.
How We Make a Difference
Since 2018, RONA has conducted leadership and soft skills training for Learners Representative Councils (LRCs) at various schools in Oshikoto and Otjozondjupa regions.
Many participants reported feeling more confident in public speaking and decision-making, which are all key traits of emerging leaders.
