Because meaningful change grows when we work together.
The Building and Strengthening Partnerships Initiative brings together NGOs and development partners to collaborate and drive collective impact.

At the heart of RONA’s mission is a simple belief: lasting impact happens when people and organizations work together.
Through flagship efforts like the Annual NGO Seminar and RONA’s role as Namibia Country Lead for the Her Voice Fund, this initiative strengthens collective action and amplifies the voices of those who are often overlooked, especially Adolescent Girls and Young Women (AGYW).
Each year, RONA convenes the Annual NGO Seminar, a national gathering that unites civil society organizations, government officials, community champions, and development partners. This seminar creates a crucial space for celebrating community impact and developing strategies for sustainable development.
Beyond the seminar, RONA serves as the Country Lead for the Her Voice Fund (HVF). In this role, the Foundation provides technical oversight, mentorship, and capacity-building support to four grantee organizations that champion the rights and well-being of Adolescent Girls and Young Women, particularly those affected by or living with HIV/AIDS.
By supporting grassroots leaders and frontline organizations, RONA helps ensure that interventions are effective, community-driven, and sustainable.
